The telescopic welded bellows vacuum valve should be subjected to pressure test (1) strength test before installation. The strength test uses water as the medium; high pressure-duh caps are welded on the sleeves on both sides of the valve. After the valve is opened to the position of 45 degrees Celsius, water is injected into the ball valve through the pressure test valve on the sleeve. The pressure is increased to 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the ball valve , Hold pressure for 15min; no leakage is qualified. (2) Tightness test. The rigorous test uses nitrogen as the medium; the ball valve is closed. Nitrogen is injected into the ball valve from the pressure test valve on the sleeve. The pressure rises to 1.1 times the nominal pressure of the ball valve, and the pressure relief valve in the middle cavity is connected to a hose through a water container for testing. The insertion depth is 1cm; no bubbles are generated within 5 minutes as qualified.
